Application of frame type hydraulic press:
This series of press is applicable to the stamping, forming, shallow stretching, shaping, mold covering and trimming of metal or non-metallic parts: typical products that can be pressed include watch case, watch strap, glasses frame and parts, picture frame, tableware, sign, lock, hardware parts, etc.
Performance and characteristics:
(1) Integral steel plate welded frame frame is adopted, which is rigid and has high compressive strength
(2) The pressure can be adjusted according to the pressing process requirements;
(3) After the mold is closed, the pressure rise is fast, reaching the rated pressure only for more than 1 second;
(4) The lower oil cylinder is adopted, which is convenient to replace and clean the oil cylinder;
(5) It has different derivative models such as lower ejecting, upper ejecting and upper and lower compound ejecting.
