Leveling machine features:
The leveling type is a six fold structure of leveling roll, full length idler and multiple groups of backup rolls.
Material of leveling roll and idler: GCr15, 9CrSi, 9Cr2Mo.
Final process of leveling roll and idler: fine grinding, hard chromium plating, fine polishing.
The adjusting screw down is designed with clearance clearance device.
Reducer: TR type and ZLY hard tooth surface reducer are selected.
Universal connecting shaft: alloy structural steel (self-made).
The heat treatment process, distribution box structure, adjustment and lubrication methods are the same as those of the fourfold leveling machine.
Features of leveling machine:
The force on the leveling roll is evenly distributed.
Good structural rigidity and small deformation; High leveling accuracy.
The surface quality of the calibration plate is good; Stable transmission and low noise.
Purpose: It is suitable for leveling with high accuracy requirements and is a necessary equipment for aluminum plate leveling.
