This product is an upgraded model of the fourfold leveling machine. A row of intermediate rolls are added between the upper and lower leveling work rolls and the support roll (wheel) to form a roll assembly structure of six layers, with three layers of upper and lower layers respectively. Through the transition of the intermediate roll, the supporting force of the support roll (wheel) does not directly act on the work roll, which avoids the indentation of the support roll (wheel) on the surface of sensitive materials when the quadruple leveler is working, and protects the surface state of the processed materials to the greatest extent. It is mainly used for leveling aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, copper plate, nonferrous metal plate, different metal composite plate, coating, plating, grinding process metal plate and other plates with high requirements for plate surface. The force distribution of the leveling roll is uniform, the structure is rigid, the deflection of the work roll is small, and the leveling accuracy is high.
